Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges: ALL SWIMSUITS, DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS & INTIMATE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Gift cards, downloadable software products and any health and personal care items are also final sale.

If a customer wants to return any items that they are unsatisfied with, they are responsible for all return postage fees. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 15 days of your order delivery date. Returns must be in their original condition to be accepted. Please be considerate and DO NOT get makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stain on your new clothes when trying them on. Items returned with stains or damages, will not be accepted. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return

Please send an email to info@khodefancy.com detailing your order number and the reason for your return. Shipping address for returns will be provided once we review your email. When you return your item, please include a note inside the return package with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. Please email us the tracking number for the items once you’ve shipped them back. 

Once your item(s) have been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to return back to your card. Shipping costs are not refunded. If the item was gifted, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

Sale Items: All sale & and items purchased using discount codes are final sale.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non refundable on any return.

Did You Receive An Incorrect Or Damaged Item: If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement or refund. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty/incorrect item shipped back.

Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 3 days.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
